Bear Power Supplies’ parent company Z-AXIS, Inc. is now registered through the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls Compliance (U.S. Department of State) under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
ITAR regulations govern the manufacture, export, import and transfer of defense articles and services within the United States, and the export of defense articles and services from the United States to any foreign destination or to any foreign person.
